SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our warehouse will be closed on the following French public holidays: 1 May, 8 May, 9 May and 20 May. Orders made on these dates will be shipped out on the next business day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

Kids around ships to United Kingdom, mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Romania and the USA. You will receive your delivery at home or office within 3 to 4 working days of confirming your order.

Kids around provides free shipping on orders from 110€.

For orders under 110€, a shipping fee of 5.90€ for home deliveries, and 3.90€ for collection from a post office, will be charged.


PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once you have confirmed payment, your order will be sent to our logistics department, which will then carefully prepare your order for safe shipping.

If you choose the "Gift Wrap" option, your items will be wrapped in crepe paper and shipped in an elegant box decorated in the Kids around colours, along with your message printed on an attractive card.

Your order will be sent to Colissimo the day after it is validated, at which time you will receive an email confirming the shipment. This email will confirm the products shipped and the tracking number of your parcel, which you can follow on the website of www.colissimo.fr.

Preparation of your GIVENCHY orders:

Your GIVENCHY orders will be prepared with special care. The products are removed from their blister packs and wrapped in white tissue paper. Our order pickers then place the products in a box with the brand name on it, and then in a high-density cardboard box to ensure a safe journey.

RETURNS

You have a period of 14 working days following the date of receipt of your order to request the return of an item for a refund. 

The article must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by any accessories (bag, extra gift, box, etc.).

Nothing could be simpler than requesting a return!

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. In the "My Account/My Returns" section, select the order and then the items you wish to return and click "Request return" 
  3. Our customer service will send you a pre-paid return label by email within 48 hours
  4. Pack the products to be returned, put the returns form into the parcel and then paste the return label on the parcel
  5. Leave your parcel at the post office

You will be refunded the product price within 15 days of receipt of the returned product. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded and that processing times may be longer for any returns that do not follow the indicated procedure.

We are currently unable to offer item exchanges. As a result, we advise that you return any products that do not meet your requirements and place another order for your preferred product.

Products purchased in-store may not be returned via our e-shop, and products purchased in our e-shop may not be returned at a store.
