Shipping methods and times

Kids around ships to the 50 United States using DHL International Shipping. You should receive your delivery within 2 to 8 business days after your order is confirmed.

Kids around provides free shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, a $15 shipping fee will be charged.

Additional shipping advisories

  • Kids around cannot deliver to PO Box addresses via DHL.
  • DHL is currently experiencing customs delays. Please contact Customer Service if your order has not shown movement after 10 business days.
  • Our facilities are closed during the weekend. Depending on volume, orders placed from Friday evening through the weekend will ship between Monday and Tuesday.

Processing your order

Once payment has been confirmed, your order is transmitted to our logistics department, where it is carefully prepared for shipment.

Due to expedited processing times, we are unable to process cancellation requests. Adjustments can only be made by our Logistics team, subject to stock availability at the time your order is prepared.

Your order will be shipped shortly after DHL confirmation. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email indicating the products shipped and your tracking number, allowing you to follow your order at www.dhl.com.

Please note that U.S. Customs may request your Social Security Number to clear your order for delivery. This is a government requirement, and neither Kids Around nor DHL can bypass or control this process.

We recommend regularly checking your tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your shipment.

Returns

To receive a refund, you must submit a return request and ship the item back within 14 days of confirmed delivery, based on your tracking number. For orders placed in March, this period is exceptionally extended by an additional 14 days.

The item must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories (tags, bag, extra gift, box, etc.).

Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You must print both:

  • A return form from your customer account or provided by Customer Service
  • A shipping label at your expense, except in cases of incorrect or damaged orders

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days after receipt of the returned product, provided it meets the return conditions.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must first submit a return request and then place a new order for the desired product.

When completing your return request, please specify that you wish to exchange the item. Once your return is processed, you will receive a free shipping code by email for your replacement order.

Outlet items are excluded from this free shipping offer. Sale discounts cannot be reapplied to future purchases, even in the case of an exchange.
