DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

Kids around ships to United Kingdom, mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands and the USA. You will receive your delivery at home or office within 3-4 working days of confirming your order.

Kids around provides free shipping on orders from 110€.

For orders under 110€, a shipping fee of 5.90€ for home deliveries will be charged.


PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once you have confirmed payment, your order will be sent to our logistics department, which will then carefully prepare your order for safe shipping.

Your order will be delivered one day after confirmation to Colissimo, and you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will indicate the products being shipped, as well as your package's tracking number so that you can track your delivery at www.colissimo.fr.


RETURNS

Returns are free of charge. You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns can be made via our delivery partner Colissimo or in one of our Kids Around stores in France, Belgium, Italy, or the United Kingdom. You can find the list of our stores here.

The item in question must be in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging, with all its accessories (protective cover, small gift, box, etc.).

Requesting a return is incredibly easy!


Online Returns

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. In the ‘My Account / My Returns’ section, first select the order, then the items you wish to return, and finally click on ‘Request a Return’.
  3. Print the return label and the return slip available in your customer area.
  4. Pack the products you wish to return and insert the return slip into the parcel. Then attach the return label to the parcel.
  5. Drop off your parcel at a post office or a partner pickup point, according to Colissimo’s instructions.

The price of the product will be refunded within 15days of receipt. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and that processing time may be longer for returns that do not comply with the stated conditions.

In addition, it is not possible to return an item purchased in a physical store to our online shop.


Guest account return

1️⃣ Receipt of the return request

The customer visits https://uk.kidsaround.com/order-followup and enters their email and order number.

They then receive an automatic email with a “Make my return” button. By clicking it, they access a form to submit their return request.

2️⃣ Generation of the return label

Once the form is completed, the return label is generated and can be downloaded directly. It is also sent by email.

The customer must also download the returns slip (or returns note) to place inside the parcel.

Returns are carried out in-store and therefore handled manually. Customer service will provide the relevant procedure for the shop.

3️⃣ Receipt and processing of the return

When the parcel is received (or when the shop confirms the return), check:

The condition of the items (new, unworn, with tags).

That they match the order.
